Custom Gifts & Substitutions

All gifts are custom curated with care. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, availability may vary. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made when necessary.

Payments & Sales

Payment is due at the time of purchase. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at giftandcobysummer@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors, and no refunds or discounts will be given for delayed shipments. We are not responsible for gifts once delivered to hotel staff. It is the hotel's responsibility to notify the guest. Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed gifts or those not delivered by hotel personnel.

Food, Skincare, & Product Packaging

Food and skincare products included in our gifts are labeled by the manufacturer. We are not liable forallergic reactions or adverse effects. Customers and recipients must read all packaging and labelsbefore use or consumption. Product packaging and ingredients may change without notice. We are notresponsible for packaging variations. Customers should contact the manufacturer directly for the most current product information.

Images & Social Media

Gift & Co by Summer reserves the right to share images of completed gifts on social media unless specifically requested otherwise by the customer at the time of order. Limitation of Liability Gift & Co by Summer is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that our services are intended to provide thoughtful, custom gifting experiences.
